In order to qualify as an SSI Open Water Instructor (OWI) you should first complete the Instructor Training course (ITC) with our Instructor Trainer, Jordi Riera, who will provide you with thorough training and spend as much time with you as you need.
You should then take the Instructor’s Exam (IE) with an SSI Instructor Certifier, who will give you an impartial assessment.
The SSI Open Water Instructor will enable you to conduct and certify the following programs: Scuba Diver, Indoor Diver, Open Water Diver, Advanced Adventurer, Enriched Air Nitrox, Diver Stress & Rescue and Dive Guide.
